ARC Eye & Retina Centre was founded by Dr. Suneel Kumar and Dr. Kritika Singh, two clinicians with a shared belief that ethical, accessible and high-quality eye care should be available to every individual.
With complementary training and expertise, we started this clinic to create a space where patients feel heard, supported and fully informed. We take time to explain conditions, outline treatment plans clearly, and answer every question — because good outcomes begin with trust and understanding.
