- Incorrect viewing distance or screen position
- Poor posture during device use
- Uncorrected vision problems or improper eyewear
Common Symptoms:

- Difficulty focusing after screen use
Diagnosis:

Management:

- Position the screen about an arm’s length away, with the top of the screen at or just below eye level
